Since these are services and not physical goods, traditional shipping does not apply. Instead, we follow a structured service delivery process.
2. Service Delivery Process
2.1 Project Initiation
- Upon agreement and advance payment, a project kick-off meeting is scheduled within 5–7 business days.
- A dedicated project manager is assigned to oversee the engagement.
2.2 Service Timeline
- Service delivery timelines are specified in the individual project proposal or contract.
- Typical timelines vary based on project scope:
- Consulting & Design: 2–8 weeks
- Installation & Mechanical: 4–16 weeks
- Construction Projects: 3–24 months
- Any changes to the timeline will be communicated promptly with updated schedules.
2.3 Service Location
- Services are delivered at the client's designated project site across India.
- Remote services (engineering design, consulting) may be delivered digitally via email and project management tools.
3. Materials & Equipment Delivery
Where our services involve procurement and installation of materials or equipment:
- Procurement: Materials are sourced from approved vendors and suppliers.
- Delivery: Materials are delivered directly to the project site as per the project schedule.
- Inspection: All materials undergo quality inspection before installation.
- Responsibility: Structura Craft is responsible for materials until installation and handover.
4. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Regulatory approvals and permits
- Supply chain disruptions
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions)
In such cases, revised timelines will be communicated, and no penalty shall apply to the Company.
5. Service Completion & Handover
- Upon completion, a formal handover process is conducted including documentation, testing reports, and quality certificates.
- A defect liability period (as specified in the contract) begins from the date of handover.
